About the Law Focus Area

The Law focus area at APEC Campus covers corporate law, civil rights, and litigation practice, providing structured routes for students in Sri Lanka to gain internationally valued legal qualifications.

Operating as a delivery and coordination partner, APEC Campus coordinates with recognized partner institutions overseas, supporting students through the full cycle of enrollment, study, and certification under the awarding institution's quality assurance framework.

Curriculum Scope

General Scope: Foundations of legal systems, statutory interpretation, jurisprudence, and constitutional structures.

General Scope: Corporate governance, commercial contracting, company law, and business regulatory frameworks.

General Scope: Civil rights protections, dispute resolution, litigation procedures, court advocacy, and legal ethics.

Partner Qualifications & Faculty Alignment

Through our academic institutional partnerships, qualifications and alignments include:

Charisma University – School of Law

• LL.B. Programme: Delivered over three years in a synchronous learning format.
• Paralegal Programme: Preparing students for roles as paralegals or legal assistants.

Sikkim Sardar Patel University (SSPU)

Direct institutional alignment through the Faculty of Law (offering undergraduate, postgraduate, and higher doctoral awards including LL.D.).
