International Academic Engagements
APEC Campus is engaged with the institutions set out below with a view to making their programmes and qualifications available to students in Sri Lanka. Academic awards continue to be issued by the partner institution concerned, in line with that institution’s own regulations and quality assurance arrangements.
Charisma University
Private, non-profit institution established in 2011 and based in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands (British Overseas Territory). In 2023, approved to award post-secondary degrees in the State of Montana, United States, where it established a branch to offer US degrees.
Charisma University is organized into six schools — Business, Education, Philosophy and Religion, Psychology and Behavioral Sciences, Health Sciences, and Law — and specializes in provision for adult learners and in online study.

Genovasi University College
Began in August 2012 as Genovasi Malaysia, a national initiative to build innovation capability using the design thinking methodology, and elevated to university college status by the Government of Malaysia in 2017. Regional partner of the Hasso-Plattner-Institut School of Design Thinking at the University of Potsdam, Germany (one of only four Hasso-Plattner Institute certified design thinking schools in the world).
Genovasi is distinctive in that design thinking and innovation principles are embedded across its curriculum. Its dual mode provision makes it well suited to students who cannot relocate or attend full-time on campus.

Sikkim Sardar Patel University (SSPU)
State Private University in India, established in 2023 by the State Legislature of the Government of Sikkim under Act 14 of 2023. Operates campuses at Namchi in South Sikkim and Pakyong in East Sikkim, with its administrative address at Jorethang Road, Namchi, South Sikkim.
Offers undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and doctoral programmes, including Ph.D. and higher doctoral awards (D.Litt., D.Sc. and LL.D.).

European Diplomatic University is one of the institutions with which APEC Campus is engaged, in the field of diplomacy and international relations.
British Qualifications PLT
An organization registered in Malaysia as a limited liability partnership (Perkongsian Liabiliti Terhad, PLT), engaged with APEC Campus in connection with British-style vocational and professional qualifications.
Role of APEC Campus in International Partnerships
APEC Campus acts as a local management and facilitation partner — handling local coordination, delivery arrangements, student administration, student support, and quality assurance liaison. Academic authority, curriculum content, and certification remain at all times with the awarding institution. APEC Campus does not award qualifications in its own name.
